WN zrekrutuje 80os. (77 niepracujące + 3 ubogie pracujące) w wieku 30+, chcących założyć własną dz. gosp. Na etapie rekrutacji prefer. będą os. deklarujące założenie przedsiębiorstwa społ. WN udzieli 100% UP w pierwszej kolejności wsparcia szkol.-dorad. Wsparcie finans.na założenie i prowadzenie dz. gosp. otrzyma co najmniej 80% GD, tj. 64os. Wsparcia finans. nie otrzymają UP, którzy na etapie szkol. i doradztwa dadzą sie poznać, jako osoby niezdolne do prowadzenia dz. gosp. i te których pomysły na dz. gosp. są nieopłacalne W projekcie zaplanowane zostały 3 zad. meryt.Wsparcie szkol.-dor. z zakresu prowadz. dz. gosp., dostos. do indywid. potrzeb szkol.-dla 100% UPDotacje – dla co najmniej 80% UP-max 6krotność przeciętnego wynagrodz. za pracę.Wsparcie pomostowe (finans. i doradcze.) udzielane przez 12m-cy prowadzenia przez UP dz. gosp.-dla UP, którzy otrzymali dotacje-łączna wartość miesięcznego wsparcia pomostowego nie przekroczy min. wynagrodz. za pracę. Rezultatem będzie utworzenie-po uwzgl. efektywności zatrudnieniowej w 20% nowopowstałych firm-co najmniej 77 miejsc pracy, a tym samym trwały związek z rynkiem pracy os. nie przejawiających dotychczas aktywności zawod.
