A way to fight boredom in the Trzyciąż Municipality
A Day Support Center was built in Porąbka town (Trzyciąż Municipality) with co-financing from the EU. This place offers help for children and young people and their parents experiencing difficulties in fulfilling care and educational duties. There is an individual support and cooperation plan for each child and their caregivers. The facility provides after-school care: it fills children’s free time after school, offering space for learning, playing and relaxing. Children do homework here with help from educators, receive hot meals and participate in various educational, developmental and specialist activities. The charges of the institution can develop 8 key competences (mother tongue and foreign languages, mathematics, science and technology, IT, e-learning, society, entrepreneurship and cultural expression). They take social, therapeutic, corrective, compensatory and speech therapy classes.
