Project target group:
Unemployed persons (excluding persons before the age of 30) registeredat the Poviat Labor Office in Gdynia and at the same time belonging to at least onefrom the following groups:
- women
- people aged 50 and over,
- people with disabilities,
- long-term unemployed (i.e. at the same time: unemployed, actively looking for a job, ready to take up a job – continuously for over 12 months),
- people with low qualifications (primary, lower secondary, upper secondary),
- men aged 30-49 not belonging to the above-mentioned groups (these persons may only participate in vocational training or paths connected to them).
The project is directed to 178 people, including a minimum of 104 women. An Individual Action Plan will be prepared or updated for each Participant as well as a survey of professional and personality potential by vocational counselors at the Naval Academy in Gdynia.
The support path will be selected individually for each of the 178 Participants based on IPD and survey results.Activation of people under the project will take place under six paths:

- Path 4. Vocational training + intervention works
- Path 5. Intervention works
- Path 6. Vocational training
