Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności usług społecznych dla 42 osób (22K, 20M) z 11 rodzin mieszkających na terenie Gminy Świętajno, zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego poprzez objęcie ich w okresie od 01.04.2019 r. do 31.03.2020 r. usługami społecznymi w postaci zadań: indywidualna diagnoza rodziny, zajęcia indywidualne, zajęcia grupowe, praca socjalna.
