Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja obiektów Zespół Szkół nr 1 w Nowym Miasteczku. Działania: ocieplenie przegród poz. i pion.; wymiana okien i/lub drzwi zew.; modern. instalacji c.o. i/lub c.w.u.; modern. instalacji oświetlenia i zasilania oświetlenia; modern. i wymian źr. ciepła na opalaną g. ziemnym, kaskada kotłów kondensacyjnych i pompy ciepła; montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej; urządzenia i elektronika systemu zarządzania energią. Kotłownia: wymiana źr. ciepła na system: kocioł gazowy i pompa ciepła; modern. sieci C.O. i CWU wraz z pr. remontowymi; urz. i elektronika syst. zarządzania energią. Gr. docelowe: Mieszkańcy Gm. N. Miasteczko, Użytkownicy bud. Zespołu Szkół nr 1 w N. Miasteczku, Władze Gm. N. Miasteczko, Instytucje syst. ochrony środ.
