Głównym celem proj. jest zwiększona efektywność energ. budynków użyteczności publicznej. Inwestycja wpisuje się w cel szczegółowy Działania 3.3 Poprawa efekty. Energ. z wykorzysta. odnawialnych źródeł energii w sektorze publ. i mieszk., Osi prioryt.3. Efektywna i zielona energia, gdzie przewidziano możliwość dofinan. przedsięwzięć mających na celu zwiększenie efekty. Energ. budynków użyteczności publicznej. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie: I 2018 do VI 2020. Prace związane z projektem będą polegały m.in. na: modernizacji inst. CO; ociepleniu stropu; wymianie okien, wymianie drzwi zewnętrznych, ociepleniu ścian zewnęt. oraz ścian zewnęt. przy gruncie, wymianie oświetlenia, instalacji PV. Właścicielem obiektu, w którym zostaną przeprowadzone prace termomodernizacyjne jest OSP Koniemłoty. Efektywność dofinan. projektu wynosi 5387,33zł/MWh/rok. Stopień poprawy efektywności energetycznej wynosi 83,57%. Efekt ekologiczny 98,88%. Oszczędność energii ciepła o 83,38% z wykorzystaniem OZE. Ograniczenie emisji CO2 do powietrza 53,11MgCo2/rok. Jest to budynek użyteczności publicznej pełniący funkcje społeczne i ratownicze. Efekt energ. wynosi 27,98kWh/m2. Proj. posiada dokum. tech. oraz wymagane decyzje admin. Proj. realizowany będzie na obszarze PR. Wskaźniki: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektr.:3,37MWh/rok; Il. zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej:293,18GJ/rok; Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów: 355,56GJ/rok; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych:53,11 tony równoważnika CO2/rok; Liczba zmodernizo. Energ. budynków: 1szt; Powierz. użytkowa budynków poddanych termomoder.:562,9m2; Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych: 211525 kWh/rok; Liczba zmoder. źródeł ciepła:1szt. L. wybud. jedn. wytwarzania energii elektr. z OZE 1szt. OSP Koniemłoty dokona audytu energ. ex-post w terminie 14 m-cy od zak. inwestycji.FNPV/C=630395,60;FRR/C=10,52%. Nabywane środki trwałe będą nowe.
