perspective
2014 - 2020

The main activity of ADECO SPORT is focused on the production of parabolic tennis walls and active promotion of a healthy lifestyle. The project consisted in designing and creating  a prototype, and then launching the production of an innovative identification system, hereinafter referred to as “sensors”. The identification system comprises 4 microphone sensors fixed on a tennis wall, the main module with necessary detectors and a processor,   a scoreboard display, a LED strip showing a place that was hit, and an application for the user’s phone. The waterproof system certified with IP standard, hit-resistant and fixed in a way that prevents theft and accidental damage, is a great solution for every tennis player, especially for young people and players who strive for better results. The identification system (sensors) gathers data on where the player hit the wall, and it is accompanied by a mobile app with various training modes. You can just approach the tennis wall with sensors and, using our ADECO SPORT app, connect via Bluetooth, to fully enjoy the possibilities offered by this innovative system. You can choose a feature of the game you would like to improve, e.g. accuracy or agility, and the application will indicate the spots that should be hit and provide helpful visual and voice tips. There is also a game with a virtual opponent available. In the future, the system will be supplied with a ball launcher which shall enable an intuitive and uninterrupted game. The system was developed in such a way so that both beginners and more professional tennis players should be able to enjoy  a pleasant and educational game on the tennis wall.

ADECO SPORT:

“The project enabled us to introduce a new and innovative product into our range, which rekindled interest in tennis among young people and attracted attention of potential investors. It is possible to fit the “system of identification of a tennis ball’s hits against the training wall, including a computer game” (for Android phones and tablets) not only on ADECO tennis walls, but also on tennis walls of other companies. The successful research project confirms the potential of this technology and its possible applications in various industries in which it is necessary to detect an exact spot that was hit on a given surface. We have become more competitive on the tennis wall market – I don’t know any other company that offers a mobile application for its tennis wall.”
