Increasing the competitiveness of DELTA-CAD Sp. z o.o. through deployment of innovative technology for the manufacture of polyamide profiling tools.
Delta-CAD’s core business is based on conceptual and designer work along with an analysis and optimization of technology. We professionally design and create 3D components from plastics, composites and metals. The subject of the project was the implementation of R&D results of a developed, innovative technological process for the manufacture of polyamide profiling tools. The project is a response to customer expectations of seeking savings related to manufacturing cost optimization. As part of the project, modern machines and devices were purchased, including: an HP MJF printer, a dual-material “Fortus 450mc” printer, a milling plotter and an “Atos GOM” scanning device. All machines and the newly built service, warehouse and industrial hall contributed to the expansion of the product offer, application of various forms of 3D printing, increased work efficiency and optimization of labour costs. The devices and innovative solutions applied have significantly reduced the materials used, which translates into a reduction of the carbon footprint and waste to be recycled.
