Implementation of joinery with an innovative composite insulation system.
The aim of the project was to strengthen the competitiveness and innovation of Monolit company through the implementation of an investment involving the implementation of the results of R&D work in the field of PVC joinery and starting on their basis the production of a significantly improved product.
The realization of the investment was aimed at implementing the purchased results of research and development work on innovative technology, which will allow to start the production of windows with composite insulation system, which allows to reduce energy losses in buildings. Innovative solutions allow to improve key parameters for joinery, such as Uf heat transfer coefficient for window frame and Uw heat transfer coefficient for window. Equally important is the fact that the new solution is based on the use of raw materials of waste and natural origin.
The implemented technology, due to a number of benefits that can be generated, especially at the level of technical parameters of products, allowed the company to increase its activity on international markets, and thus increased revenues from product exports. The project allowed for a quick return on investment, which in turn opened up further development opportunities for the company in terms of expanding its offer and increasing production capabilities.
