GŁÓWNYM CELEM PROJ. jest zwiększenie do 31.12.2020 zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia lub poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy 60 [34K/26M] osób młodych w w.18-29 lat (w tym min.18 [10K/8M] osób o niskich kwalifikacjach i min.4 [2K/2M] ON), zamieszkujących/pracujących na terenie WLKPw rozum.KC (z czego min.12 [7K/5M] to osoby zamieszkujące obszar miast średnich zg. z Zał. 14), z następujących grup:min.36[20K/16M] osób bez pracy (30[17K/13M]BZ i6 [3K/3M]BB niezarejestrowanych wPUP(w tym min.2 [1K/1M] długotrwaleBB)), które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu tzw. młodzież NEET (min.60% GD) orazmax.24 [14K/10M] osób należących do min. jednej z grup: imigranci, reemigranci, osoby odchodzące z rolnictwa i ich rodziny, tzw. ubodzy pracujący, osoby zatrudnione na umowach krótkoterminowych oraz pracujący w ramach umów cywilno-prawnych, z których min.18 [10K/8M] osób stanowić będą pracujący,z wyłączeniem osób należących doGDokreślonej dla trybu konkursowego w poddziałaniu 1.3.1.Zadania: identyfikacja potrzeb wraz z IPD indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe (jobcoaching) szkolenia zaw. staże i pośrednictwo pracyzatrudnienie subsydiowaneGłówne rezultaty: uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez min. 80% UP po opuszczeniu proj. osiągnięcie wsk.efektywności: zatrudnieniowej: min.39% (dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji) i min.54% dla pozostałych osób oraz zawodowej min. 27%ŹRÓDŁA (w cz.
