Project implemented under the Operational Program Digital Poland 2014-2020 Priority II E-administration and open government; Action 2.1. High availability and quality of e-services. The financing agreement was signed on February 24, 2017.

Project value: PLN 57 868 497.12, including EU funding – PLN 48 936 718.22 (84.63%)

Project implementation period: February 2017 – February 2020
The main objective of the project is: to improve public safety by improving communication and making new e-services available to citizens and public administration under the OST 112 SMS. The main objective will be achieved through specific objectives:

1. Improving access to public e-services for citizens as part of the SMS OST 112 with particular emphasis on the needs of disabled people (through the implementation of A2C services);

2. Improving communication between Police employees, individual units and cells of institutions established to provide assistance (through the implementation of A2A services);

3. Increasing the ability to provide new public e-services by public entities due to the implementation of new A2A e-services;

4. Adaptation of ICT systems infrastructure to enable the launch of new e-services in the SZK OST 112.

The most important tasks of the project are:

  • Preparation of project implementation,
  • Selection of Contract Engineer,
  • Implementation of System Design,
  • System implementation and implementation,
  • Project promotion,
  • Training,
  • Project management – reporting and financial settlements.

The project is addressed to all citizens using the services of the Police and services of services associated with OST 112, in particular for the disabled. The effects of the project will also be used by public institutions associated with OST 112, which will be able to launch and provide A2C e-services for customer customers via A2A e-services. The products of the project will be 6 A2C e-services and 7 A2A e-services. As part of the project will be launched, among others e-services for the disabled (deaf), enabling communication with the administration via videoconference with a sign language interpreter, contact via SMS with the Child Alert system. As part of the project, an integrated ICT system as well as equipment and software necessary to provide e-services will be purchased and implemented. The infrastructure will be located in 2 Data Center, located in 2 places in Warsaw.
