Strengthening the application of ICT in the City of Konin - Integration and harmonization of databases and provision of electronic public services
The implemented project is aimed at developing an innovative economy and increasing the investment attractiveness of the City of Konin by enabling citizens and entrepreneurs to use electronic public services under the competence of the Municipal Office in Konin. The subject of the project is to create and improve the quality of public services and to provide access to databases and metadata containing sets of spatial information. The development of the geographic spatial information system GIS (KoSIT) is planned. In addition, the project will ensure the development of electronic citizen service systems and systems supporting the functioning of public administration. Specific benefits will be made available to individual groups of beneficiaries:
- Citizens and entrepreneurs, legal and natural persons will be able to obtain information from PZGiK, local spatial development plans and other registers kept by the City.
- Bailiffs (and other investigative and debt collection institutions), appraisers and contractors of geodetic works will have access to PZGK, which will make it easier for them to perform their professional tasks.
- Designers or investors will be able to remotely participate in coordination meetings for the location of the planned utilities network.
There will also be public administration.
